Along the way, he has taken three companies public across the NYSE and Oslo Børs, raised over $5 billion in equity, corporate bonds, and structured bank debt globally, and navigated the full corporate lifecycle, from early-stage validation and industrialization to scaling, expansion, and restructuring.
